Is the airport shuttle included?
Yes. The shuttle to the agreed meeting point near the airport and back to your car is included. We run around the clock. Book in advance to secure parking and shuttle spaces.
When and how do I pay?
Pay in cash on arrival in Czech koruna (CZK) or euros (EUR). No deposit or online payment. We do not accept cards.
Do I keep my keys?
Yes. You park your car yourself and normally keep your keys. We can store them in a safe on request. We only move your car by prior agreement for an additional service.
Which car park should I go to?
Go to the address in your booking confirmation: Horoměřice or Praha–Drnovská. Your confirmation also contains your arrival time and further instructions.
How long does the shuttle take?
The drive usually takes about 5 minutes, depending on traffic. We plan the shuttle around bookings; there may be a short wait before departure.
When should I call after landing?
Call once you have all your luggage and are ready for pickup. The driver will arrange the meeting point with you.
What if my flight is delayed?
Let us know as soon as possible about any change to your dates that you know about in advance. After landing, call when you are ready for pickup. Any extra parking is charged at the applicable tariff. Each additional started day is charged according to the pricing period valid on arrival.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, through the link in your confirmation email. Let us know about changes as early as possible. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before your scheduled arrival.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, infant seats are also available on request. Add your request to the booking notes. We can store your own child seat for the return journey.
Can you also look after my car during my trip?
Car washing or servicing can be arranged in advance. We will agree on the work, price, timing and key handover. These services are charged separately.
Can I also book through an app?
Yes, with the Parkovato app for iPhone and Android. It is optional. You can also book here on the website, without installing anything.
How is the parking price calculated?
The price uses the tariff in effect on your arrival date and the number of calendar days started. Both arrival and return days count, rather than 24-hour periods. Use the calculator to see the total.
Why should I arrive at the reserved time?
Arrive at your reserved time. We plan transfers around passenger numbers and available seats in the vehicle.
