Open your booking confirmation before travelling. Drive to the address shown. On your return, call the driver after collecting all your bags.

1. Before travelling
Save your confirmation email and +420 776 488 558. Check your assigned address, dates, times and passenger count including children. Your booked arrival is arrival at the car park, not your flight departure.
2. Drive to the correct car park
Our car parks are in Horoměřice and Praha–Drnovská. Set navigation to the address in your confirmation; a map on this website does not assign a space. Arrive at your booked time. Report changes in advance through booking management or by phone.
3. Pay, park and take the shuttle
Check in with staff, pay cash in Czech koruna or euros and park as directed. Cards are not accepted. Keep your keys. Take your documents and bags; both shuttle trips are included. Allow time for check-in and possible waiting too.
4. After landing
Collect all your bags first. When you are ready to leave, call +420 776 488 558. Confirm the pickup point with the driver. The link below has the current map and walking instructions.
5. If plans change
Arrange an earlier or later arrival in advance through booking management or by phone. Tell us about flight delays as soon as you know the change. Extra parking is charged according to the tariff; confirm the exact amount with staff.
