Returning to Prague Airport: how pickup works
Collect your bags after landing. Then call the driver, confirm your meeting point and follow their instructions.

Landing time is not pickup time
Allow time between landing and leaving the arrivals hall for disembarking, any checks and baggage collection. Enter your expected return to your car in the booking, not just the landing time. No fixed arrival processing time can be promised.
Call once you have all your bags
When you are ready for pickup, call +420 776 488 558. Tell staff you need the return shuttle and confirm your passenger count and meeting point. Save the phone number before departure.
Check your meeting point
Find the current map and walking route from the terminal on the pickup page. Confirm arrangements with the driver before walking there. Call if unsure; do not assume you should wait at another airport bus stop.
Night arrivals and flight delays
The shuttle operates 24/7, including at night. This does not guarantee immediate departure without waiting. Report known flight changes early; after landing, call when ready. Additional parking days are charged according to the tariff.
Back to your car
The return shuttle is included in your parking price. Keep your keys and confirmation handy. Use booking management to change your return date in advance; call staff if you need help.
