When to arrive at your car park before flying from Prague

Check your flight requirements first

Prague Airport recommends arriving 2 hours before departure if checking in luggage. Check-in and boarding deadlines vary by airline; check its instructions. Even with hand luggage, allow time for checks and reaching your gate.

Work back to your parking arrival

The drive is only part of the transfer. Check-in, payment, parking, luggage, boarding the shuttle and any waiting must all fit before your required arrival at the terminal. The shuttle drive is usually about 5 minutes depending on traffic.

• Check your departure time and required arrival at the terminal.
• Allow time before that for parking, boarding and the full transfer, with a buffer.
• Select an available arrival slot for all passengers and follow the confirmation.
• Allow for your drive to the car park, traffic, weather and roadworks.

Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?

Schengen flights are checked in at Terminal 2; other flights use Terminal 1. Verify the terminal for your flight and follow your airline’s current instructions.

Prepare before setting off

Save the confirmation, exact address and +420 776 488 558. Bring cash in CZK or EUR for payment on arrival. Enter passenger numbers and any child-seat request when booking. If you know your arrival time will change, let us know as soon as possible.

Plan your return to the car

Enter your expected return to the car in the calculator. After landing, collect your luggage before calling the driver. With no checked luggage, call when ready for pickup. The driver will arrange a meeting point. Delays may change the length of your stay; extensions are charged according to the price list.
