Include all travellers, including children, and put your child seat request in the booking notes. Check the agreed equipment before travelling.

Children count as passengers too
Select the actual passenger count for your whole family in the booking system. Shuttle capacity is checked for the entire group. If more than eight people travel, call before booking to agree a suitable arrangement.
Arrange child seats in advance
Child seats and infant seats are available on request. Write your request in the booking notes; include the child’s age and size to help select a suitable seat and call if unsure. We can store your own child seat until the return trip.
Pushchairs and larger luggage
Arrange large amounts of luggage or unusual dimensions with staff in advance. Oversized bags and extra services may be charged separately according to the tariff. Check your airline’s rules for taking a pushchair on the plane.
Allow time for the whole transfer
Include check-in, payment, parking, bags, boarding and the shuttle in your pre-flight schedule. Driving time alone is not the entire transfer. Keep documents, keys and anything your children need during the journey with you.
Arrange your return too
Collect all your bags on return before calling the driver. If we stored your own child seat, mention it when arranging the return shuttle. Report changes to passenger numbers in advance.
